The goal of the ECS Voluntary Professional Learning Community Program (PLC) is to allow staff to propose, develop and lead their own PLCs on topics they feel will benefit them and their colleagues professionally.
The ECS Staff Council has developed a proposal process for staff to submit their PLCs for consideration and support from the College. The College is open to supporting approved PLCs with space and resources.
Staff members that would like to propose a PLC will need to complete the proposal form linked below. For guidance on how to fill out the form, please reference the examples provided in each section or contact ecsstaffcouncil@syr.edu.
