Thanks to our Employer Partners, ECS Career Services has some funding available to support undergraduate students’ career development. All requests are subject to funding available at the time of the request, therefore not all requests are guaranteed and students are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible.
Professional Development Fund
This fund supports individual student travel to professional conferences by helping with registration, transportation, and overnight accommodations expenses. This application should be submitted as early as possible, but no later than 30 days before intended travel. No request received within 30 days will be considered.
Student Organizations
Student organizations wishing to travel as a group to a professional conference should start with your RSO Consultant to apply for funding through Student Activities first. If individual students are looking for additional support after University funding sources have been requested/received, they can submit the Professional Development funding request above.
