Associate Dean Michelle Blum leads a sample class on the fundamental topics of materials science, namely, the relationships between structure, properties, processing, and performance.
Design & Build Clubs Virtual Info Session, Tuesday, April 15
This session will highlight the exciting design and build clubs available for students in the College of Engineering & Computer Science. These clubs include the Society of Automotive Engineers Formula and Baja racing teams, Orange Robotics, ORBiT (Rocket Club), ORCA (drone club), and ‘Cuse Hacks (hackathon).

Professor Douglas Yung leads a sample class to demonstrate how biomedical engineering unites technology and biology to solve real-world challenges. You’ll experience the excitement of designing innovative solutions to improve healthcare, from creating medical devices to advancing tissue engineering.

Professor Baris Salman leads a sample class to provide an introduction to the construction industry and discuss the role of civil engineers in managing construction projects.
Affinity Groups Virtual Info Session, Tuesday, April 22
This session will highlight affinity groups in the College of Engineering & Computer Science. These clubs include the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE), the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and Alpha Omega Epsilon (AOE), the professional STEM sorority.

Info sessions involve a presentation outlining academic, extracurricular, study abroad, research, and career opportunities and Q&A with admissions staff and current students. These sessions address all Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) majors.
