Campos Student Center
The Campos Student Center is located on the second floor of the Center for Science and Technology and offers a variety of weekly programs that foster academic success, community-building and collaboration for students in the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
Fall 2026 Recurring Programs
Open Study Tables and Math Assistance:
Campos Student Center is open for individual and small group studying in any course, and Math Facilitators will be on hand.
- Mondays and Tuesdays 6:30-9pm
- Wednesdays 6-9pm
First Fridays:
A grab-and-go brunch in the Campos Student Center, open to all ECS students. Stop by between classes, pick up something to eat, and connect with classmates, friends, and the Campos Fellows who host it. No sign-up, no commitment — just a standing invitation to take a break and feel at home in ECS.

Thriving Thursdays:
Join the Campos Fellows for regular drop-in activities that create a sense of belonging and connection in ECS.

Catalyst Scholars Program
The Catalyst Scholars Program is a cohort-based leadership program for first-generation college students in the College of Engineering and Computer Science. With the support of a close-knit community of students and professionals, participants hone the skills to catalyze positive change in STEM.
Participants receive:
- Peer mentoring
- Leadership and career development
- An ever-expanding support network
Each fall, the Catalyst Scholars Program recruits a new cohort of first-year students to participate.
